2nd GAR Invention Contest – Timeline and Key Dates

The 2nd GAR Invention Contest is officially underway, and the full timeline has been released. All deadlines and times mentioned below are in GMT+8. Participating teams are encouraged to review the key dates and plan accordingly.

📍 Registration Deadline: August 30, 2026
Registration closes on August 30, 2026. All teams must register before the deadline.

📍 Project Creation and Submission: September 28, 2026 (5:00 PM)
Participating teams are required to submit their project report and video to gar@nashenbot.com by this date and time. Submissions must be complete and adhere to the official contest guidelines.

📍 YouTube Views Deadline: October 8, 2026 (5:00 PM)
Videos will be uploaded to the official GAR YouTube channel by GARS on September 29, 2026, with view counts tallied until the October 8, 2026 (5:00 PM) deadline — teams are encouraged to share their videos widely to maximize visibility. Official YouTube channel: www.youtube.com/@GAR-xplatform.

📍 Event Day: October 17, 2026
On the final day of the contest, teams will proceed one by one — each presenting their project online, followed by judges' feedback and Q&A before the next team begins. The full online program includes:
· Opening Ceremony – Official start of the 2nd GAR Invention Contest.
· Online Demonstration – Teams present and demonstrate their projects online.
· Judges' Commentary and Q&A – Judges provide feedback and ask questions.
· Score Calculation – Judges finalize scores and determine results.
· Closing and Awards Ceremony – Competition results are announced and awards are presented.
